The project is scheduled for completion in 2027 and is located on Spangdahlem Air Base. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District, is overseeing the project in collaboration with the U.S. Air Force, the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), and German construction partners.
