Happy Friday, Dragon Nation!

Re-registration for the 2025-2026 school year is now open! You can complete it online using this link: Aspen Registration Portal or scan the QR code on the attached flyer.

All families need to re-register—even if you’re PCSing and won’t be returning. In that case, just register in withdrawing status so we can prepare your child’s records for a smooth transition.

If you have a 5th grader moving up to Spangdahlem Middle School, you’ll still complete registration through us, and we’ll transfer their records over the summer.

We am SO excited to finally share information on the annual Family Literacy Night! W You can visit a Castle and travel through the Enchanted Forest stopping along the way helping various fairy tale characters. You can help Baby Bear fix his chair, solve Rumpelstiltskin’s riddles, fix fractured fairy tales, build the 3 Pigs a new house and SO much more! Don’t forget to brave the Dragon’s Den and visit our spring Book Fair!  Participate in the dress up days for the week!

We are aware that many families have upcoming PCS plans. If your family will be PCSing and you know your child's last day of school, please find the attached Intent to Withdraw form.

Kindly complete the form and return it to SpangdahlemESRegistrar@dodea.edu, along with a copy of your orders. This will allow us to begin the withdrawal process and ensure that your child's records are prepared in time for your departure.

• May 26 – No School, Federal Holiday
• June 6 – Field Day
• June 10 – Last Day of School – Early Release @ 11AM

Need to know:

• It is very important to notify the front office of daily transportation changes, the front office will notify the classroom teacher(s) of the change. CHANGES MUST BE MADE BY 1400.
• Our buses must depart to the middle/high by a certain time, knowing your child(ren)’s transportation for the day helps tremendously!
• Notify our front office of student absences.
