April is the Month of the Military Child! DoDEA proudly celebrates the strength, resilience, and sacrifices of our military-connected students. Join us in honoring them all month long!! Check out the flyers for MOTMC events!
We’re excited to announce that our high school spring sports teams will be hosting a Spring Sports Clinic for students in grades K-6 on May 16, 2025! This event will give young athletes a chance to learn and play baseball, softball, and soccer while supporting our high school teams' travel to the Euros tournament.
Every participant will receive a clinic hat, reusable water bottle, and a burger/hotdog meal as part of the experience!

Re-registration and Registration for the 2025-2026 school year is now open! You can complete it online using this link: Aspen Registration Portal or scan the QR code on the attached flyer.
All families need to re-register—even if you’re PCSing and won’t be returning. In that case, just register in withdrawing status so we can prepare your child’s records for a smooth transition.
If you have a 5th grader moving up to Spangdahlem Middle School, you’ll still complete registration through us, and we’ll transfer their records over the summer.

We are aware that many families have upcoming PCS plans. If your family will be PCSing and you know your child's last day of school, please find the attached Intent to Withdraw form.
Kindly complete the form and return it to SpangdahlemESRegistrar@dodea.edu, along with a copy of your orders. This will allow us to begin the withdrawal process and ensure that your child's records are prepared in time for your departure.

Need to know
- It is very important to notify the front office of daily transportation changes, the front office will notify the classroom teacher(s) of the change. CHANGES MUST BE MADE BY 1400.
- Our buses must depart to the middle/high by a certain time, knowing your child(ren)’s transportation for the day helps tremendously!
- Notify our front office of student absences.
- Moving soon? Email our registrar for information on withdrawal procedures and record requests.
