Happy Month of the Military Child, Dragon Nation!

 April is the Month of the Military Child! DoDEA proudly celebrates the strength, resilience, and sacrifices of our military-connected students. Join us in honoring them all month long!! Check out the flyers for MOTMC events!

 Yearbooks are now on sale!

Yearbook Orders and Recognition Ads: All orders must be submitted no later than April 21st. 

Free Customized Pages: If families place their orders by April 11th, they will receive a complimentary option for customized pages in their personal yearbook!

Please see the attached documents for detailed steps on how to order and additional information regarding the recognition ads. 

  Re-registration and Registration for the 2025-2026 school year is now open! You can complete it online using this link: Aspen Registration Portal or scan the QR code on the attached flyer.

All families need to re-register—even if you’re PCSing and won’t be returning. In that case, just register in withdrawing status so we can prepare your child’s records for a smooth transition.

If you have a 5th grader moving up to Spangdahlem Middle School, you’ll still complete registration through us, and we’ll transfer their records over the summer.

Need to know

  • It is very important to notify the front office of daily transportation changes, the front office will notify the classroom teacher(s) of the change. CHANGES MUST BE MADE BY 1400.
  • Our buses must depart to the middle/high by a certain time, knowing your child(ren)’s transportation for the day helps tremendously!
  • Notify our front office of student absences.
  • Moving soon? Email our registrar for information on withdrawal procedures and record requests.

It is the responsibility of the parents or guardians to notify the school every time a student is absent.
